The UK Biobank includes biological, health and lifestyle information for 500,000 participants. In order to access whole genome and whole exome sequencing data, Tier 3 access is required, which costs £9,000 for 3 years access. You can browse existing projects.
Getting Access
Access Management System (AMS)
You need to register with UK Biobank’s Access Management System (AMS) to be added to access the Research Analysis Platform (RAP).
In addition, you must complete training courses through the AMS system as well as the Medical Research Council (complete modules and upload your certificate to your profile on AMS).
